📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
• Organize and execute company events and activities to foster team bonding.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and ensure their needs are met.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Create and maintain engaging content for internal communication channels.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs and make necessary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement or a similar role.
• Proven experience in organizing and executing company events.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in employee engagement or a related field is a plus.
