• Managing and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Performing data entry, reconciliations, and budgeting tasks
• Working closely with project managers and accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support project planning and execution
• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
