📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Assist in the development of training programs for employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software
