📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Monitor and maintain network security
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
  • Maintain accurate records of all IT activities

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with network security and firewalls
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
