📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians to ensure efficient and accurate laboratory operations.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Perform and oversee various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and control laboratory inventory to ensure adequate supplies and materials.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the laboratory.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in laboratory management.,Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of lab technicians.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and data management systems.
