📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues and breakdowns.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and other staff members.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt normal operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
