📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents and communications between Indonesian and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Facilitate meetings and conferences between Indonesian and Chinese stakeholders
• Assist in the development and implementation of bilingual marketing materials
• Provide language support for training sessions and workshops
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and effective communication
• Stay updated on cultural nuances and business etiquette in both Indonesian and Chinese contexts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with a strong understanding of both languages
• At least 2 years of experience in bilingual communication or translation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to both Indonesian and Chinese business practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and confidential approach to all communications
• Familiarity with translation software such as Trados or memoQ
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field (preferred but not required)
