In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including but not limited to, CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic arms. You will work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic arms.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and new technologies.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Document maintenance activities and equipment performance to maintain accurate records.
Participate in safety drills and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar manufacturing technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with CNC machines, conveyors, and robotic systems.
Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
