📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient health status.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the provision of safe and effective patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide emergency care and respond to patient needs promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and upholding the mission and values of Up Seed Cemerlang.
