Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth,Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation,Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field,Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets,Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
