PT Kencana Lestari is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Ubud, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with your team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in store promotions and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
  • Experience with inventory management and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with remote management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and regulations.
