📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking and stock rotation.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to warehouse operations.,Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse operations and inventory control.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
