• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client service management or related roles in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
• Experience with custody operations and client service management tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and other related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
