📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and manage the bar, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist the floor manager with daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and venue preparation.
• Train and mentor new bar staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Handle cash transactions and manage bar inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote and upsell beverages and specials to increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bar or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail preparation and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Previous experience working in Bali or another tropical destination is a plus.
