📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing team strategies.,Coordinate team activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Maintain open communication with team members and address any issues or concerns.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Support the Captain in managing team resources and ensuring they are utilized effectively.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Help in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.,Strong understanding of team dynamics and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proven ability to make sound decisions and solve problems.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Fluency in English.
