📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home in our luxurious dining environment.
• Provide exceptional table service, including presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring our dining area is always immaculate.
• Assist with special requests and dietary restrictions, ensuring guests receive the best possible dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables, cleaning, and preparing the dining area for the next service.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and cleanliness.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Toast or Square.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of local cuisine and dining etiquette, with a passion for food and hospitality.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
