📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Work with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic infrastructure plans that align with business objectives.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure to support business operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Implement and monitor IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address infrastructure-related issues and ensure seamless integration with business processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve infrastructure efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in network, server, and cloud technologies.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant IT infrastructure certifications.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of infrastructure specialists.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using IT infrastructure management tools such as VMware, Cisco, AWS, or Azure.
