📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the building's systems.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to implement and maintain building systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the upkeep and efficiency of building systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce energy usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in building operations, with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proven track record of successfully managing building systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
