As an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for manufacturing projects and logistics operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for manufacturing projects and logistics operations using tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze and interpret cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure cost estimates are realistic and achievable.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation and logistics.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance cost estimation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to cost estimation.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on cost estimation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation, particularly in manufacturing or logistics.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for cost estimation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost estimation or logistics management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
