📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement strategic advisory programs to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Stripe's goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to advisory teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure Stripe remains at the forefront of the financial technology sector.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or a similar role in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing high-impact advisory programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the financial technology sector and a passion for driving innovation.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work remotely and travel as needed.
