PT Maha Cipta is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated efficiently, and used effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will need to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other staff as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
