📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with banking transactions, account inquiries, and financial advice.
• Process various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan applications using PETNET Banking System.
• Handle cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the PETNET Banking System.
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote PETNET's products and services to customers.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on banking procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking, preferably in a teller or front office role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using PETNET Banking System or similar banking software.
• Good understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and internal policies.
