Acece Sarana Prima is seeking a dedicated HSE Staff (MEP) to ensure workplace safety and compliance in our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. This role is critical in maintaining a secure and efficient work environment while supporting our commitment to excellence. As an HSE Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards across our projects in Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental standards across MEP projects.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain safety management systems using tools like SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that safety measures are integrated into project plans.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with local and national health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report on environmental impact and sustainability initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the construction or MEP industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Project for safety management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
