KINETIC Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy.
