📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations and activities.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification in laboratory management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory software and data management systems.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
