📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial transactions and accounting activities,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts,Provide training and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
