Clinico Hearing Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Consultant/Customer Service Executive to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting face-to-face consultations with potential customers to assess their hearing needs and recommend appropriate hearing solutions.,Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, including follow-ups, maintenance, and repair services.,Promoting Clinico Hearing products and services through various marketing channels, including social media, events, and direct sales.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals to drive sales and brand loyalty.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.,Providing technical support and guidance to customers on the proper use and care of hearing aids and other hearing care products.,Monitoring sales targets and performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the hearing care industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with basic hearing assessment techniques and knowledge of hearing aid technology is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
