📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and accounting standards.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and other financial documents.,Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
