In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon plans and timelines.,Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are in good condition.,Manage budgets and ensure that all events are completed within the allocated budget.,Train and supervise junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and requirements for event planning.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.
