📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.,Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the coordination of hospital operations and resources.,Promote a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and good standing with the regulatory body.
