📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Write and edit user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and update existing documentation to reflect product changes,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content,Work with graphic designers to ensure consistency in visual elements,Conduct user testing to gather feedback on technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread work
