📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance,Design and conduct workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to participants,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain training records and compliance with company policies,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources,Provide support to managers in employee development initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Ability to travel for training purposes
