📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the commercial building, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Ensure the building meets all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and contractors to address any issues or concerns.
• Implement and monitor energy-efficient practices to reduce the building's environmental impact.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive facilities management plan.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the building's functionality and safety.
• Manage the building's budget and financial performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building management.
• Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., BIFM, RICS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software (e.g., FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
