IR & Legal Supervisor

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee legal compliance and regulatory adherence for factory operations.
• Manage industrial relations, including labor disputes and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Provide legal and industrial relations advice to management and employees.
• Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact the company.
• Collaborate with external legal and industrial relations consultants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations and legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in Industrial Relations or Legal Compliance (e.g., CIPD, CILEx).
• Proficient in using legal and industrial relations software (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
