You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the execution of interior and civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor project budgets and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior or civil construction execution.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
